What Drives the Price
Volume of Material
The more material that needs to move, the more time and the more it costs. A yard with a 6-inch low spot near the house is a much simpler fix than a yard that slopes 3 feet across its entire length.
Equipment Access
A skid steer can complete in hours what would take days by hand. If a gate or obstacle blocks equipment access to the work area, costs increase significantly.
Soil Condition
